The Siam Museum of Casino is dedicated to showcasing the rich history of casino, from its early inception as a legal, registered institution all the way to modern day, with a particular focus on 20th century items. While not the largest in the world, the museum still contains over 150 unique exhibits, some of which can not be seen literally anywhere else in the US. We have slot machines, tables, cards, photographs, chips, outfits, even a “time machine” which allows you to go to a casino straight out of the 40s and play a few games on tables and slots straight out of the time period!
The museum is located in Dayton, Tennessee, about 150 miles from Nashville (around 2 hours by car). It’s on 380 Main Avenue, right next to the Dayton Electric Water building. The entrance costs $15 for adults and $10 for children under 14, disabled people and veterans. Testing our slots and playing in the “time machine” casino is completely free.
”I have been in charge of managing Siam for the last fifteen years, and as such I’ve watched it grow and develop more than almost anyone. Thus, believe me when I say that I genuinely could not be prouder of what we have achieved. Despite the fact that it’s not located in a burstling metropolis or anywhere close to Vegas, our small casino museum has been enjoying immense popularity. We have substantially grown our collection and continue to add new exhibits to it every single year. I can say without any bias or prejudice that Siam truly is one of the most unique and interesting museums in all of Tennessee.
